Responsibilities

• As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; keep the Line Manager informed of residents' needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies, and write up care plans; be a team player.

Qualifications

• Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £15.65 per hour

Working Hours: Bank (zero hour contract). Day and night shifts available.
