How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Lead and oversee end-to-end banking and partnership integration projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external banking or payment partners
- Manage relationships with banking institutions, fintech providers, and other third parties throughout the integration lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, compliance, and finance to align goals and priorities
- Drive the development and optimisation of operational processes within banking operations to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all integration activities
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and proactively manage risks or blockers to delivery
- Support the onboarding of new banking partners by ensuring technical and operational readiness
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analysing performance data and recommending enhancements across systems and processes
- Proven project management experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Solid understanding of payment rails, banking infrastructure, and transaction processing
- Experience working with third-party providers including banks, PSPs, and technology partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Skilled at managing deadlines, prioritising tasks, and driving towards speed and efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Technical aptitude and understanding of API-based integrations and financial systems
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective operational improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Comfortable with a hybrid working environment
- Keen attention to details
- Flexible & open minded approach, including taking on additional tasks or changes to the role as required
