Associate Director - Corporate Finance Headhunter

We’re seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager with deep invoice finance expertise and a strong, established network of industry contacts. In this fully remote role, you will focus on acquiring new clients across SMEs and mid-to-large corporates trading domestically and internationally, providing tailored funding solutions that help businesses scale.

Reporting to the Head of UK, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals collaborating closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Leveraging your extensive relationships with brokers, advisors, and intermediaries will be critical to generating quality leads and driving sustainable revenue growth. You’ll also represent the company at industry events and stay up to date on market and regulatory changes to keep our proposition sharp and competitive.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven success in invoice finance business development or commercial lending
• Strong, established network of brokers, intermediaries, and debt advisors
• Expertise in structuring invoice finance solutions tailored to client needs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience specifically within invoice finance
