We're a trusted education supply agency looking for resilient, committed individuals to work in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Alternative Provision settings across Stockport, Cheshire East and Tameside.

These settings support young people who have been excluded from mainstream education or require a more tailored approach to learning. If you're calm under pressure, consistent in your approach, and passionate about making a difference - we want to hear from you!

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or similar settings

A background in youth work, sports coaching, or working with young offenders

The ability to build strong, positive relationships with challenging and vulnerable learners

A calm, confident, and consistent behaviour management style

A genuine interest in supporting young people to reach their full potential

Your Role Will Involve:

Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

Encouraging engagement with learning through creative and tailored approaches

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Acting as a role model and mentor, offering stability and structure
