Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging behavioural sales training directly to clients, including major financial institutions across EMEA, such as Global Retail Banks.
- Utilize established behavioural sales training programmes to upskill client-facing professionals in engaging, influencing, and building trust with end clients.
- Act as a behavioural expert, helping clients' sales teams apply psychological techniques to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Focus on delivery, as content is pre-developed; your expertise brings it to life.
- Travel frequently across the UK and wider EMEA region to reach key client groups.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in delivering behavioural sales training within investment banking, asset management, or financial services.
- Proven track record of impactful sales training delivery to senior external audiences.
- Credibility in a commercial, consultative capacity, capable of engaging diverse cultural audiences across Europe.
- Flexibility to travel extensively and deliver in-person sessions.
- Willingness to travel regularly across key EMEA regions (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland).
