Benefits Lead - Fixed Term

This is a great opportunity for a Benefits (reward) expert to work with a leading brand in the South West. The role is a fixed-term position, likely lasting 6-8 months.

Reporting to the People Director, this position involves managing all aspects of the company's Benefits programmes across a headcount of approximately 750 employees. Following a recent M&A, the role will focus on contractual benefits and developing a new approach to non-contractual benefits. You will design and implement a compelling benefits programme, collaborating closely with HR colleagues, Business Leaders, and third-party vendors. You will also be responsible for managing benefits, approving the benefits programme, and communicating it effectively to enhance employee engagement and participation.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Reward professional with a background in designing and developing benefits programmes. You should be data-driven, capable of analysing costs and financial impacts, and attentive to data analytics, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization. Advanced Excel skills would be highly advantageous.

The company offers hybrid working arrangements. You are expected to be in their Newport (Wales) office occasionally for key meetings, especially during the initial phase of scoping the new benefits programme. Candidates should be available to start immediately or within the next month.

The SR Group (UK) Limited acts as an Employment Agency for this vacancy.
