Delighted to be partnering with this Manchester based technology‑led business that are looking for a Benefits Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Reward and be responsible for everything related to employee benefits across the UK headcount of circa 1,500.
  • Develop and manage the core and flexible benefits platform.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, business leaders and 3rd party vendors to ensure the full lifecycle of annual benefits enrolment.
  • Manage the benefits & wellbeing strategy and its communication to drive employee engagement and participation.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Reward professional with experience in managing and developing UK benefits and wellbeing programmes.
  • Data led, able to analyse cost/financial impact and work with data analytics across stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills would be very beneficial.

Location & Working Style

Manchester-based position with hybrid working; you would be expected to be in the office for 2 days per week.
