We\u2019re Hiring: Benefits Manager (Contract)

Location: Hybrid - 2 days/week in Canary Wharf

Contract Length: 6-12 months

Region Focus: EMEA or APAC

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer regional benefits and pension schemes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Provide strategic input into benefits design and policy
• Analyse data and trends to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local regulations
• Handle escalations and complex queries
• Support audits and reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years\' experience in benefits and pensions
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Proven stakeholder management across regions
• Financial services experience (preferred)
