Job Description:

ersg is recruiting a Senior Field Service Engineer on behalf of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) client. The successful candidate will work alongside the current O&M Manager, providing leadership and training to junior engineers.

This role involves frequent travel to various sites to perform maintenance on plant equipment, including inverters, communication systems, safety systems, and EMS. The role offers the flexibility to work from home when not traveling, with responsibilities including completing associated paperwork.

Applicants should have prior experience in BESS maintenance. This position provides an excellent opportunity to advance from your current role.
