OverviewAbout the Role An exciting opportunity for a BI Data Analyst with a strong academic background and hands-on industry experience to join a growing data intelligence function within the real estate sector. You’ll work on building data-driven products and visualisations that support investment, development, and operational decisions across a portfolio spanning the UK and Europe. This role would suit a second-jobber with at least 2 years’ experience in a UK-based company, ideally within finance, or insurance, and a genuine passion for turning data into actionable insight.ResponsibilitiesAnalyse large datasets to deliver financial and non-financial insightsUse SQL and Python to clean, transform, and model dataBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards that communicate insights clearly and effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and define data solutionsDevelop and maintain scalable, structured data workflowsSupport the design and measurement of KPIs, A/B testing, and data QA processesPresent findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarityMinimum QualificationsMaster’s degree from a recognised UK university (preferably Russell Group) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM subjectProficient in advanced SQL and intermediate PythonStrong experience with Power BI (certification desirable)Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQueryExperience manipulating large datasets using tools such as R, or Excel Pivot TablesEssential Experience (UK-based)At least 2 years' experience in a data analytics role within a UK-based companyStrong background in analysing financial and economic dataDemonstrated ability to clean, reconcile, and investigate large, complex datasetsProven track record of delivering business-focused dashboards and visual insights using Power BIExcellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
