A Product & Program Manager for Business Intelligence & Data Analytics at U.S. Bank is customer focused in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our Data Analytic and Reporting strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Product & Program Manager, you will:

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze and interpret business needs and requirements for Internal reporting, Self-service tools, Power BI Dashboards and reports.
  • Liaise with Senior leaders in Europe to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap.
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and break down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
  • Create the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes.
  • Understand and care for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product with expertise in the technology required.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, particularly Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft Fabric platform.
  • Anticipate shifting market priorities and internal/external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value.
  • Maintain strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques that ensure positive experiences with the organization's products and services at every touch point.

Qualifications

  • Product/Program Management experience in a technical product or data engineering environment.
  • Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, KPIs, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working; knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization’s exposure to risks; ability to apply risk management appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of software products, particularly Power BI, SQL Server, Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs with a focus on value.
  • Preferred skills: product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, channel alignment and management, adoption, customer experience research, insight and execution, agile working, go-to-market and sales channels, performance measurement and optimization, marketing and analytics, and customer centricity.

Work Style and Schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
