This is your chance to lead the migration of our data capabilities to the cloud, build trusted data foundations and unlock the potential of AI across our business.**What you’ll be doing:*** Define and deliver the technical roadmap for BI and reporting, aligned with strategic goals and AI integration* Lead engineering teams to design scalable, secure and high-performing data visualisation solutions* Translate business intelligence needs into technical requirements and user stories* Lead the BI feature team backlog, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and data strategy* Integrate machine learning models into reporting workflows to enable predictive insights* Collaborate with data engineers and architects to optimise data structures for analytics**Why Lloyds Banking Group:**Like the modern Britain we serve, we're evolving.
