Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinatorto be a key member of our growing UK Business Development team. Candidates must be confident communicators verbal and written, skilled and experienced at developing relationships, and able to coordinate people efficiently.

As Bid Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end bid process and bid team, working closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to help develop high-quality submissions for tenders, proposals, and frameworks. This is a key role in helping us secure new business and retain existing contracts.

You'll also play a part in managing framework submissions and call-offs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal governance processes.
