Are you a detail-driven Bid Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality, strategic bids in the construction or MEP sector? Join a leading UK-based engineering services provider and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of modern construction delivery across South UK. The role can be based out of London or the Home Counties, and pays up to £80,000 + benefits.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes—from early engagement and win strategy through to submission, presentation, and post-bid review. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling, client-focused proposals that reflect innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Planning, Design, and Delivery teams
• Develop winning strategies and themes that differentiate the business in a competitive market
• Integrate best practices in sustainability, digital engineering, and modern methods of construction
• Facilitate bid kick-offs, reviews, and lessons-learned sessions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bid management within construction, MEP, or complex project environments
• Strong grasp of technical, commercial, and operational bid components
• Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., BREEAM, Net Zero, Social Value) is a plus
