With fresh investment and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a talented Bid Writer to help us win major projects and shape the future of aerospace in the UK.

The role

As Bid Writer, you’ll produce compelling, high-quality proposals that win contracts and open new opportunities. You’ll work closely with technical experts, sales, and project teams to craft bids that stand out in a competitive market.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Writing persuasive, customer-focused proposals
• Coordinating cross-functional input into bids
• Ensuring compliance and quality across submissions
• Developing win themes and bid strategies
• Maintaining bid libraries and best-practice documentation

About you

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in technical documentation and bid/proposal writing
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Familiar with Shipley or similar bid frameworks
• Eligible for UK security clearance (5+ years’ UK residency)
