About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Bids and Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end bid process on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include researching, identifying, and leading tender opportunities aligned with FFBS strategy, writing compelling applications to win more business, and exceeding income targets.
You will collaborate with Business Development and Client Relations teams to ensure contract alignment and compliance with terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop bids and tenders pipeline supporting strategic growth.
- Conduct market research and client needs assessments.
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals.
- Coordinate bid management processes with internal stakeholders.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data for improvements.
- Negotiate contract terms and serve as liaison during negotiations.
- Draft, review, and amend contracts accurately.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have experience in bid and tender pipeline management, contract negotiation, and detailed proposal writing. A proven track record of meeting income targets is essential.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with excellent organization and time management abilities. A results-driven and tenacious approach to securing sales/income is also necessary.
