We're working with a leading international law firm seeking a Billing Coordinator to support a group of Partners with end-to-end billing processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong legal billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to client service.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute proformas for assigned Partners
- Prepare draft bills, split bills, task code allocations, and final invoices
- Process transfers, edits, credit notes, and re-issues as needed
- Ensure bills are completed accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations
- Troubleshoot billing queries and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules and VAT regulations
- Support ad hoc billing tasks and contribute to process improvements
About you:
- Legal billing experience, ideally within a law firm
- Proficient in Elite 3E and experienced in e-billing platforms
- Strong Excel skills and confident working knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and pride in delivering high-quality work
