The ideal candidate will bring strong Revit expertise, with the ability to both develop and maintain project models while leading coordination and collaboration with external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the architectural team with Revit model development and maintenance.
• Manage model sharing, clash detection, and coordination workflows across disciplines.
• Liaise directly with consultants to ensure smooth collaboration and information exchange.
• Assist in the delivery of technical design packages and maintain project standards.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale residential senior living project.

Must haves

• Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project experience.
• Background as a BIM Coordinator, Part II Architectural Assistant, or Architect.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
