Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage BIM processes across RIBA Stages 0-7
  • Develop and maintain federated Revit and Navisworks models up to LOD 400
  • Run clash detection, issue tracking and data validation to ISO 19650
  • Lead internal training sessions and mentor junior modellers
  • Participate in design reviews, visualisation workshops and client presentations
  • Drive continuous improvement through Dynamo scripts, plug-ins and cloud workflows

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience with BIM software, preferably Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and related design software
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360, Rhino-Inside and IFC standards

Benefits

  • Salary £42,000- £52,000 + benefits
  • Hybrid pattern: four studio days, one remote day weekly
