Are you a group exercise guru with serious leadership skills? Do you live for lunges, love a good launch, and thrive on motivating both instructors and members? If that sounds like you, we want you in our corner.

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy Group Exercise Manager to take our studio experiences to legendary levels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Designing and managing class timetables across two gorgeous clubs

-Finding, coaching, and high-fiving top freelance instructors

-Bringing brand vibes and high standards to every sweat session

-Launching buzz-worthy new classes, events & seasonal campaigns

-Crunching class numbers and KPIs

-Tag-teaming with Sales, Ops, and Marketing for total synergy

-Managing the admin bits (like schedules, payments, and compliance)

-Overseeing gym floor classes in collaboration with the Fitness Manager

-Wearing the Duty Manager badge one weekend a month
