The Role
Reporting to the Head of PR, the Brand Experiences Manager oversees the strategy, development, and execution of pinnacle brand experiences that resonate with our target consumer. Spanning across PR, influencer, and community events, this role creates unforgettable experiences that enhance the UGG brand's presence across the EMEA region.
Your Impact
- Drive the overall short & long-term Experience and Events Strategy and execution in key cities across the EMEA region
- Build event strategy specifically for our target consumer, developing robust, engaging, and out-of-the-box event concepts that tap into cultural nuances in key markets & cities
- Work closely with appropriate global stakeholders to review concepts for Brand Experiences such as Feel House & reinterpret for the EMEA region as appropriate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, trade, media, and more to maximize events and bring them to life
- Lead all internal communications around events, including sharing details with cross-functional teams
- Deliver KPI reports that inform future strategies for Brand Experiences
- Create recaps summarizing events, calling out key learnings and future opportunities
- Own logistics, including critical path, event one-sheet, and vendor selection and management
- Suggest and onboard partners that help communicate and amplify the brand's story, contribute to guest lists
- Manage event budget, inclusive of all event items, and submit invoices
- Share industry best practices and examples from competitor brands on a monthly basis
- Continually research new venues, vendors, and experiences-related opportunities

- Fashion / footwear / lifestyle industry experience is desirable
- Experience in event strategy and execution
- Experience in 3rd party / agency selection and management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
