About the role

As Finance Manager – Brands, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial performance, planning, and decision-making for one of our core brand portfolios. Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager – Brands, you’ll help deliver insight, drive value, and ensure strong financial governance across the brand.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Directors and Senior Managers to guide strategic decisions and improve financial performance.
• Deliver clear analysis of budgets, forecasts, and prior year comparisons to highlight key focus areas.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities early, working cross-functionally to address them.
• Support budget cycles and rolling forecasts with robust, assumption-driven plans.
• Evaluate and challenge innovation investments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and ROI.
• Drive simplification and clarity in finance processes, supporting integration and continuous improvement.
• Build financial capability across brand and finance teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Role model company values and provide ad-hoc support to senior finance leadership when needed

Experience and Key Attributes

• Confident with numbers and able to explain financial data clearly to non-finance teams
• Proactive attitude with a focus on getting things done
• Understands business strategy and how finance supports it
• Builds strong relationships and can influence others effectively
• Comfortable solving problems in uncertain situations
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a bonus
