Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Part-time 22.5-hour Mobile Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections across London!

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
• Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, enthusiastic
• Passion for make-up and Retail
• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods
• Minimum 6 months retail experience
