The Build to Rent Delivery team focuses on key account management, sales funnel oversight and project management across teams to drive impact and results for clients.
Role pre-requisite: Applicants must have prior experience in real estate, but not necessarily in lettings.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for BtR clients. Provide expert advice on industry best practices, market trends and asset optimisation strategies.
- Insightful Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports with deep insights into client portfolios. Analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Sales Funnel Optimisation: Own the sales funnel for each client account, refining processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Training & Development: Train junior sales teams on new sites and key processes for high performance delivery.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client site, leveraging digital channels and advertising platforms. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve results.
- Project Management: Project manage all accounts from onboarding to offboarding, coordinating cross-functional efforts to overcome challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager, Leasing Manager and senior leadership to build clear client processes and solution-focused responses.
- Meeting Management: Attend weekly client meetings to discuss key account updates, solutions and forward-looking plans.
- Culture & Values: Lead by example to uphold the company culture and values; help set internal and external standards.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6, occasional site travel required.
- Office location: London Southwark; 1 day a week work from home post-probation.
- Salary: OTE £110k.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3+ years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, Commercial or BTR).
- Strong ability to assess market value for estimated rental values of client assets.
- Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Project management and problem-solving / critical thinking abilities.
