Job title: Registered Building Inspector Team Leader (Class 2F-3H)

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and ambitious registered Building Control Inspector as a Team Leader to join our highly professional and successful Building Control Team.

About You

As a Building Control Team Leader, you will bring to the role:

• Experience and Knowledge of the whole Building Control System
• Ability to manage and enthuse people and be part of a busy building control Team
• Good communication Skills and the ability to train and develop fellow RBI at all levels
• Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to solve problems and develop new ideas and initiatives.
• Understanding of the remit of a Building Control Team Leader within the wider context of Leeds City Council as a Local Authority

The role is integral to our Building Control team, and you will be part of a Team that comprises of 25 RBI.
