We’re Strangford Management, winners of Managing Agent of the Year in both 2024 and 2025, and we’re building something special in the block management world.

As our portfolio grows, we’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Building Safety & Compliance Manager to take the reins on all things health, safety, and compliance across our developments, and to grow into our future Head of Building Safety & Compliance.

This role goes beyond just ticking boxes. You'll be:

Who we’re looking for:

We’re open-minded on where your experience comes from from, what matters most is your ability to lead on safety and compliance with clarity, consistency, and care. Ideally you'll bring:

NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)

Real-world experience in fire, health, or structural safety or high-risk environments

Direct experience of or a strong willingness to engage with and learn relevant current legislation, mainly the Building Safety Act 2022

Familiarity with ISO frameworks (9001, 45001, 14001)

Excellent communicator, both with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (leaseholders, clients, regulators)

Independent and proactive, but thrives in a team-first culture

Ambitious, someone who wants to step into a Head of Department role as the function grows
