Building Surveyor – Associate / Senior Associate

London / Hybrid

This leading international, independent real estate consultancy are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their market leading Building Surveying team where you will be actively supporting their professional biased service and working closely with their industry renowned experts.

Responsibilities

• Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA's, dilapidations, RCA's, contract administration etc.) within a variety of key sectors such as industrial, offices, retail and some residential.
• Act as project lead and take responsibility of all stages of the dilapidations process including client care, site surveys, fee proposals, invoicing and negotiations where you will take on and manage an existing, lucrative client base.

Qualifications

• MRICS with strong dilapidations experience, including dealing with negotiations or the interest in learning/focussing on this area, you will be able to take ownership and facilitate projects from start to finish.
