This role would ideally suit someone from a Trades or Surveying background who has experience in identifying and rectifying damp & mould. Responsibilities

To provide a comprehensive Surveying service including Stock Condition, Damp & Mould works, specification and management of works including pre and post inspections via the repairs contractor. Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance the clients reputation and deliver a first class service. Acting as the client when managing the repairs contractor, ensuring a high level in delivery of works whilst monitoring their performance. Liaising with customers and residents to keep them abreast and updated on works, liaising with residents as required.

Experience / Qualifications

Experience with an in depth knowledge of diagnosing and rectifying Damp & Mould. The ability to deliver specifications in writing. Contractor management experience, acting as the Client. The ability to assess the condition of domestic stock. Great communication skills when dealing with residents and customers in order to deliver successful projects on target.
