- Working with managed rural estates to provide building surveying and consultancy services for small and large projects, including planned maintenance and statutory compliance.
- Carrying out all work in accordance with the department's standards and ensuring that we provide exemplary value-added service to clients.
- Assisting with managing fee income to ensure that the team and department maintain and exceed budget where there is opportunity for growth.
- Travel and remote working will be a significant part of the role.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have obtained a degree in Building Surveying or similar qualification or have a suitable accredited qualification. They will have knowledge of building, construction and building surveying and have experience in a similar role. The candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified or have the desire to work towards this.
