Overview

An experienced Business Analyst is needed to join the Client Digital Solutions team of a leading UK firm. You will be the liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to enable delivery of digital solutions.

Important: for this role, candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. MUST have full right to work in the UK.

Location: Based in Ipswich / Norwich / Cambridge / Chelmsford. This is a hybrid role: 40% remote, 60% office or at a commutable distance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain a full view of the Product Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders and clients.
  • Analyse and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and third-party providers.
  • Evaluate and improve user journeys, particularly within the client portal.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in digital or client-facing environments with a focus on user experience and digital transformation.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and contributing to product delivery.
  • Able to work independently with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, confident in leading workshops and engaging with clients.

Employment Details

  • Full-time hybrid role.
  • Salary: up to £55,000 + benefits.
  • Direct hire full-time employee opportunity (B2B contract is not available).
