We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to shape the future of our CRM platform. Collaborating with the Product Owner and Salesforce team, you’ll lead requirements-gathering sessions, produce detailed analyses, and translate business needs into clear acceptance criteria. You’ll work with the Solution Architect to arrive at technical solutions that ensure critical needs are met, acting as a proxy for stakeholder(s) where needed to clarify needs, support roadmap prioritisation, and input into the product strategy to help drive value to the business. Additionally, you’ll oversee scrum activities to drive CRM system enhancements, helping the team adhere to best practices & work most effectively together.
How you\'ll make an impact
- Manage incoming enhancement requests, gathering information for prioritisation.
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify needs and interdependencies.
- Translate business requirements into User Stories with acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Maintain work items in DevOps, ensuring organisation and accuracy.
- Align with stakeholders, system admins, product owners, and solution architects.
- Lead product demos to gather feedback and ensure requirement alignment.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation and remediation.
About You
- 2+ years in business analysis, solution architecture, or product management.
- Salesforce expertise or CRM platform experience, including system administration and workflows.
- Certification in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum/Agile.
- Background in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, agile delivery, and cross-functional projects.
- Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team
- Flexible working arrangements within the UK, with occasional office travel.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
