We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in financial services and strong technical acumen to support a high-impact data platform modernisation initiative. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week on-site in Belfast and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for ingestion, transformation, and reporting of financial data.
• Provide expert insight into financial market data, including reference data, counterparty data, and instrument data.
• Deliver detailed documentation such as workflows, use cases, and user stories.
• Support data validation and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and data management in capital markets.
• Proven experience in data-centric initiatives, ideally involving data lakes or migration to strategic repositories.
• Strong ability to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements clearly and concisely.
