Overview

Business Analyst - Digital Placement - Marsh Specialty. This role is based in London and is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the vision and deployment phases of the placing platform and communicate requirements to the development team.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of process steps, procedures and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycle.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the specialty facilities, panels and quota shares.
  • Review and respond to queries from Marsh Operations and manage resolution in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within UK Specialty and across the wider organisation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Insurers and third-party technology providers across the London insurance market.
  • Plan and organise workload effectively to meet business timescales.
  • Self-motivate to achieve team, company and personal objectives.

What you need to have

  • Ability and acumen to engage and interface with senior leaders across Marsh.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven track record of working under pressure.
  • Ability to cope with evolving business requirements.
