Business Analyst - Cheltenham (DV/eDV Cleared)

Contract: 12+ months | Rate: £85-£100 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Cheltenham - 3-4 days onsite per week

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a leading global engineering and project management consultancy that works at the forefront of national security and intelligence programmes in the UK. Their Cheltenham-based team partners with government and defence clients to deliver complex transformation and technology-driven business improvement initiatives.

They are now seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join on a long-term project, working in a secure environment to enable effective business change and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to drive engagement and capture actionable insights.
• Lead the analysis of existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
• Support the implementation of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Support benefits realisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in requirements definition, business process modelling, and change impact analysis.
• Proficiency with Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience supporting organisations through business transformation or digital change.
