Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with Enterprise Architecture experience to support the transformation of an architecture function into a more agile operating model. This involves conducting a rapid application estate assessment across a complete insurance company's business operations.

This is a 10 week contract focused on discovery and assessment of current ways of working, including existing processes, business oversight mechanisms, people structures (roles and responsibilities), and architecture services delivery. You will work closely with the Principal Consultant to analyze these findings and help design a more agile approach, including developing and delivering a comprehensive roadmap for organizational change and transformation.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in business analysis within ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE
• Proven consultancy experience with management or technology consultancies
• Ability to assess and document architecture operating models rapidly
• Track record of delivering similar portfolio analysis work within tight timeframes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality outputs

• Insurance industry experience
