- Recent remediation or rectification experience within banking/financial services
- Well-rounded core BA skillset with a hands-on, adaptable approach, and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight timelines, and operate in unstructured environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders
