We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) team on a permanent basis in London. This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we continue to grow our client base and broaden our asset classes to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. You will have high exposure and interaction with senior stakeholders to deliver change and maintain efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Client Group focused initiatives, working closely with the business in their client facing roles.
• Detailed business and systems requirements analysis and documentation.
• Implementation of end to end target operating models.
• Undertakes modelling for significant projects or programmes of change, focusing on people, process, technology, risks, and controls.
• Engagement, reviews and testing with new service providers, modern technology, and architecture.
• Pro-active resolution of issues, designing solutions and presenting recommendations to senior business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Analyst with deep understanding of the asset management lifecycle. Additional exposure to the client facing element of asset management beneficial.
• Change management processes and operating models.
• End-to-end operating model design for complex structures and initiatives (BPMN).
• Proven delivery track record including thorough documentation production.
• Experience with vendors and third-party applications, with the ability to collaborate and lead across vendors and stakeholders.
• Project management skills to support effective analysis.
• Understanding of touchpoint architecture design, data requirements and related processes and technology.
• Experience with testing various elements in product design and operating model implementations.
• Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage an overlap of the two.
