This role can be full time or part time (minimum 28 hours per week) with hybrid working arrangements including remote work and time in the London office.ResponsibilitiesProduce business requirements to inform future state design and support teams in understanding the requirements and their linkage to the overall domain strategy.Build, manage and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.Articulate ideas and requirements in formats required by the team, such as use cases, user journeys, user stories, and illustrations.Capture, validate and document business and system requirements ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.Interact with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs.Analyze existing system documentation to summarize current functionality relevant to the work.Support prioritization of team workstreams based on feedback from customers, stakeholders and the team.QualificationsStrong understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience in an Agile environment.Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques and holding an appropriate business analyst certification.Experience in a trading or portfolio management context, supporting FX or derivatives trading or multi-asset portfolios.Understanding of vendor platforms such as Aladdin, Charles River or Murex.Good understanding of risk and analytics in Fixed Income or Equities.Curious mindset with ability to learn quickly and solve problems, facilitating groups front to back.Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to peers and management, with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Hours35Job Posting Closing Date03/10/2025Ways of Working: HybridLocation: Greater London, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
