Job Title: Business Analyst

We’re looking for an Business Analyst to support the business systems transformation, delivery of IT, regulatory, and business change projects across our European operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to analyse business needs, define requirements, and ensure solutions deliver real value.

3 days a week in London, the rest remote

Salary up to £65,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and risk appetite.
• Support project delivery through the full change lifecycle—from requirements gathering to testing and go-live.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and smooth handover to business-as-usual teams.
• Work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies depending on the project.

Requirements

• 5 years of business analysis experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver business and technology change.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and basic SQL.
• Flexible and open to occasional travel across European offices.
