Buro Happold is currently going through a period of strategic growth. This growth has resulted in an increased demand within the IT and Business Services Team, as we support BAU and drive forward with improvement initiatives. The recruit will join the existing Business Process Improvement (BPI) Team and will focus specifically on the global travel process.

Key duties
- Working with key business stakeholders to map out the current state global travel process
- Working with the Business to develop a future state, whilst challenging the status quo of the existing process.
- Map out the integration touchpoints between the future state process and our People System/ERP platform.
- Produce technical process mapping diagrams that can be used to produce technical requirements
Your Skills And Experience
- Be able to interrogate and analyse data
- Be confident challenging the ‘As is’ process
- Capable of distilling complex processes with the audience in mind
- Be able to problem solve
- Capable of pulling together a process flow highlighting key steps and dependencies
- Outstanding Communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of influencing skill.
- Good computer and IT skills including Word and Excel and PowerBI (desirable) and an ability to uptake and assess new systems.
- A good amount of Experience in Managing the running of Projects and/or Initiatives with software/ERP
- BCS qualification or equivalent
