Business Change Manager – 13015

Location: Holborn, mix of Kennington, Lambeth, Kilburn – will be a mix. Minimum of three days in the office, flexibility required, may be 4 days and some weeks 5 days where required

Clearance: CTC preferred/DBS accepted - Must be willing/eligible for CTC

Must have
• Need someone to hit the ground running and start adding value straight away.
• Clear change experience (and a bonus if Oracle/ERP etc experience)
• People/Change Management experience
• Agile good from a PM perspective, a change qualification
• Ideally have qualification in Change Management but if not then over 8 years’ experience of successfully leading and implementing change strategy in a variety of cultures
• Change management framework development and delivery – from mobilisation to handover to BAU.
• Use of business analytics to drive enhanced customer experience and continuous improvement
• Training strategy needs analysis and delivery of training solutions against expected outputs and outcomes. Covering e-learning, short video and animation development
• Input into new Target Operating Models – design of roll-out of new digital solutions, processes, policies, and ways of working to realise expected outcomes and benefits realisation.
• Evidence how they would do a Stakeholder mapping, how they would roll out a change network planning, business readiness assessments – how they would ensure all checked and users ready
