Change Manager - (Fluent German Language Skills needed)

We are currently working with a market leading, global business currently undertaking a period of significant transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-acquisition business integration projects.
• Manage people change and the adoption of systems change.
• Minimize disruption to the business during periods of change.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills are essential.
• Cultural understanding of working on European-wide programmes.
• Experience as a change manager on business integration/merger projects.
• Willingness to commute to central London for part of the week.
• Role is inside IR35; pay rate around £700 - £750 per day.
