PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Working in the Production and Business Management Team, the primary objective of the role is to enable the delivery of world-beating journalism 24/7/365. Business Co-ordinators partner with editorial teams based across the UK to deliver against strategic divisional objectives and Value for All whilst maintaining the day-to-day operation.

JOB DETAILS

JOB BAND: C

CONTRACT TYPE: 1 x Continuing (Perm) role & 1 x FTC/Attachment role until 30th April 2026

DEPARTMENT: BBC News – Production and Business Management Team

LOCATION: Media City, Salford (Hybrid role with an expectation that you will work a minimum of 2-3 days a week in the office).

PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £30,000 - £35,000 p.a. depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Interviews are expected to take place during the week of 8th September 2025.

Ideally we would like the successful candidates to start as soon as possible in Early October 2025.
