About Our Client

Rapidly scaling 10-person US Fintech Scale-up launching their European operations out of London. The Business Data Analyst will employ 1 in the market and will support and improve the SaaS platform for Fixed Income customers across Europe.

Job Description

  1. Manage and improve data processes and management.
  2. Support SaaS platform with basic admin tasks.
  3. Review platform features, business processes, and client requirements to enhance customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improved reporting, UI, and streamline business processes.
  5. Identify problems proactively and develop solutions.
  6. Prepare detailed reports, presenting analytical findings and business insights.
  7. Support management in strategic decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends within the Leverage Finance / Private Credit market.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Business Data Analyst should have:

  1. An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to learn quickly.
  2. 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or solutions engineer.
  3. Strong data literacy, project management skills, and customer-facing problem-solving abilities.
  4. Knowledge and passion for corporate and investment banking.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and take accountability for problem-solving.
  7. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  8. Experience using LLMs to improve business efficiency or building solutions independently.
  9. Must be UK-based with full and enduring UK work rights.
  10. Notice period of 1 month or less.
