Business Development & Account Manager

Salary: £35-£50k

We’re looking for a confident and capable Business Development & Account Manager to join our growing team at Indico Labs. This is a key role, acting as the link between our customers and our delivery team. Your focus will be to ensure projects run smoothly, client needs are met, and communication is clear on all sides.

About You

You’ll have at least 4 years of experience in Market Research, whether as a researcher, account manager, or business development lead. Some hands-on experience with reporting or charting is a strong advantage. You’ll be comfortable managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and supporting internal teams to deliver efficiently.

This role suits someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing both new business development and ongoing client accounts.
