Role Description
We are seeking driven and entrepreneurial Sales Partners to maximise our clean energy product and services market share, in both domestic and commercial market sectors.
This is a commission-only position (5% commission on total sales value), offering the freedom to manage your own sales pipeline, focused on your preferred sectors, and build potentially significant income through high-value sales.
For example, a single £40,000 canopy project would yield £2,000 commission. With our average deal sizes ranging from £5,000 to £250,000+, earning potential in growth markets is available for motivated and capable sellers.
The Sales Partner will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our renewable energy solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing support to clients throughout the sales process.
We are particularly interested in talking to sales professionals with the following experience;
- Proven sales track record in one or more core areas: renewable energy, property development, outdoor living, capital equipment, energy consultancy, facilities management, or architectural/design-led sales
- Demonstrated ability to generate and convert own leads
- Experience dealing with high-value or premium clients
- Skilled in consultative selling and managing a longer sales cycle
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable working independently and managing own time
- Commercially astute with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM/reporting tools
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of renewable energy solutions including BESS and EV charging technology
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data analytics and marketing tools
- Relevant experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
