About Montserrat Events CIC
Since 2021, Montserrat Events CIC has been creating unforgettable cultural and community experiences that bring people together.
From the Victory Festival & Air Display to Proms & TeaJazz at Stansted Park, and community favourites such as Summer in Lee and Tales from the Sea Shanty Festival, our events attract tens of thousands of visitors each year — celebrating heritage, music, and togetherness.
We have proudly collaborated with leading brands including Eaton Aerospace, Parco Civil Engineering, Bristow Helicopters, Marine Concepts, Oxford Innovations, Monster Cam and Atlantic Refrigeration — building partnerships that help us deliver events that are in the air, on the ground, and in the hearts of thousands.
The Opportunity
We’re on a mission to raise significant sponsorship & advertising revenue through our new initiative, Building Blocks to Success — a collaborative programme designed to bring businesses together in supporting some iconic events for the 2026 season and beyond.

- Confidence presenting to business owners and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target‑oriented with a professional, positive approach.
