Business Development Consultant (SaaS & Fitness)

Who are CoverMe?

CoverMe Fitness is one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the fitness industry, helping gyms and operators manage their teams effortlessly. We’re now hiring a Business Development Consultant to supercharge our UK & European expansion (you may also help support US where necessary). If you’re a SaaS sales pro with a passion for fitness and a hunger to win, we want you on the Rocketship.

What You'll Do:

·Own the full sales cycle – inbound & outbound

·Deliver engaging demos and close new business

·Build strong relationships and sell to value

·Manage a fast-moving pipeline and report results

·Work closely with product & marketing to refine go-to-market

·Be a core part of a lean, high-performance team

What We're Looking For:

·2+ years in SaaS sales (fitness or HR tech a bonus)

·Strong communication and relationship skills

·Resilient, ambitious, and driven to succeed

·Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environments

·A background in fitness ops (GM, regional, etc.) is a plus
