This Opportunity

The Employability and Community Services team primarily delivers services for central and local government in the UK. We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our plans for growth. The role includes both detailed coordination of bids and daily checking of procurement portals. We are looking for a team-member with very high attention to deal, proven ability to manage several workstreams at the same time, with a logical and thorough approach to planning. Prior experience of working as part of a fast-paced bid team, or a similar project environment with frequent challenging deadlines, is a requirement. Experience in employability or other public sector bids would be an advantage.

Location & Position Details:

The position is based in Palladium’s London office, within our United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa (UKEA) region. Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

Please note that applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Reporting Lines

The Business Development Coordinator reports to the Director, UK Business Services.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities

As Business Development Coordinator, you will ensure that our bid teams have a plan, keep minutes of meetings and know how they are progressing towards key deadlines. You will support the team with research, uploading / downloading of client documents, managing processes for clarification questions.

You will follow all Palladium’s internal reporting, governance and policy requirements. Reporting to the UK Director, you will provide support and coordination for the Employability and Community Services business development activity.
