Are you a Business Development Executive or similar with a background in construction or related fields, seeking an autonomous role within a well-established company?

This company has been established for over 25 years and is planning further growth. They specialize in land surveying services, including topographical and drone surveys, utility mapping, and more, serving a diverse range of commercial clients. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their team based in Clitheroe.

In this dynamic role, you will conduct market research and client outreach, meeting clients both in person and virtually, building relationships, and attending industry events and conferences. The focus will be on the North of England, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

This role is suitable for a Business Development Executive or similar, with a background in construction or related fields, eager to join an expanding company at an exciting phase, with opportunities for progression and building your own sales team.

The Role:

• Driving new business development
• Some field-based work across the North of England
• Monday to Friday with hybrid working

The Person:

• Experience as a Business Development Executive or similar
• Background in construction or related industry
• Able to commute to Clitheroe office and client sites across the North
